We started Whisker & Moss because we wanted better things for our own pets — and could not find enough of them in one place.
Quality matters more with pets than with almost anything else in the home. A bed gets slept in every single night. A harness gets pulled on in the rain. A bowl gets used twice a day, every day. When those things are made well, life is simply easier — and when they are not, you notice fast.
So we keep the shop small and choose everything by hand. Comfort, durability and everyday practicality come first, and we look for pieces that actually suit a real room rather than shouting for attention in it. If we would not put it in our own home, it does not go in the shop.
Because a happy, healthy pet changes the whole feel of a house. That is really the point of all of it — the calm of a dog that sleeps well, the ease of a cat that has somewhere of its own, the joy they hand back to the people who look after them.
We are a young shop, established 2025, and we read every message ourselves. If you are unsure about a size, a material, or which bed suits a particular sleeper, just ask.
