Orders are processed and verified within 2–3 business days. It can take a little longer during busy periods or if an item is briefly short.
Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days after processing. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can check progress any time on our Track Order page.
Because orders move to fulfillment quickly, we cannot add, remove, or change items or addresses once an order is placed. If you spot an address mistake, email support@whiskerandmoss.com immediately; we can only correct it before the order ships.
We are not able to replace or refund orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly, so please double-check it at checkout.
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not able to replace or refund it. If your tracking looks stuck or something seems wrong, email us and we will help you look into it.
