Ordering and shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and most arrive within 8–15 business days after that. You will get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, and you can check progress any time on our Track Order page.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. We ship to the United States and to the international destinations shown at checkout. Delivery times are similar; customs handling can add a few days.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders move to fulfillment quickly, so we cannot add, remove, or change items or addresses once an order is placed. If you spot a mistake in your address, email us immediately; we can only correct it before the order ships.

Do you offer subscriptions?

No. There is nothing to subscribe to, nothing that auto-renews, and no surprise charges. Buy what you need, when you need it.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for the details.

How do I start a return?

Email support@whiskerandmoss.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We reply within 1 business day with the next steps. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away with a few photos or a short video and we will put it right.

Choosing the right gear

How do I pick the right bed size?

Choose by how your pet sleeps, not by breed. Measure them from nose to tail base while they are curled up or stretched out, then add a few inches. Each bed page lists the exact dimensions of every size.

How do I size a harness?

Measure the widest part of the chest (just behind the front legs) and compare it with the size range on the product page. If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger one.

Are your toys and products safe for my pet?

We choose everyday essentials we would use with our own pets, and every product page lists materials and care instructions. As with any pet product, supervise play, check toys regularly, and remove anything that becomes damaged. If you are unsure whether something suits your pet, email us before you buy.

Is this the right product for a dog or a cat?

Every product shows who it is for. Use Shop Dog or Shop Cat to browse only the products that fit.
