Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, to the United States and to the international destinations shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Order processing and verification typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on demand and product availability. Expected arrival is 8–15 business days after processing. You will receive an email once your order is processed, along with a tracking number. You can check progress any time on our Track Order page.

International orders follow similar timelines; customs handling can add a few days. Any duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Changes to orders

Orders move to fulfillment quickly, so once an order is placed we cannot add, remove, or change items or the shipping address.

Incorrect addresses

If a delivery address is submitted incorrectly, we cannot ship a replacement package or refund the order. If you notice a mistake, email support@whiskerandmoss.com immediately — we can only correct an address before the order ships.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen, and cannot ship a replacement or issue a refund. If tracking shows a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
